The Chosen State

Terms of Service

Effective 15 September 2026

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using The 21-Day Identity Shift, you agree to these Terms and our Return Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the programme.

2. The programme

The 21-Day Identity Shift is a self-guided educational programme that includes an interactive digital experience, guided practices, journalling prompts and downloadable supporting materials. It is intended for personal reflection and development.

3. Access and accounts

Your purchase provides personal, non-transferable access through the Whop account used at checkout. You are responsible for protecting your account and for activity carried out through it. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the product remains actively offered and supported by The Chosen State, subject to these Terms and reasonable platform or technical changes.

4. Payments

The price shown at checkout is charged once unless the offer clearly states otherwise. Payment processing, receipts and certain payment-specific conditions are handled by Whop and its payment partners.

5. Refunds

The seven-day satisfaction guarantee and the process for requesting a refund are set out in our Return Policy. Additional requests may be reviewed through Whop’s Resolution Center.

6. Personal-use licence

You may use the programme and downloaded materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, sublicense, share account access, remove ownership notices or create competing products from the materials without written permission.

7. Educational disclaimer

The programme provides educational and self-reflection material. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or professional support. If you are experiencing distress or a health concern, seek help from an appropriately qualified professional.

8. No guaranteed outcome

Personal results vary. The Chosen State does not promise or guarantee a particular emotional, financial, relationship, health or external life outcome. Your experience depends on factors including your circumstances, participation and decisions.

9. Availability and changes

We may improve, update or replace parts of the programme where reasonably necessary. We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, platform changes or circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the substance and usefulness of the purchased experience.

10. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end access where a user commits fraud, shares access, misuses the programme, infringes intellectual property, threatens the security of the service or materially breaches these Terms.

11. Responsibility and liability

You remain responsible for your choices and use of the programme. To the extent permitted by law, The Chosen State is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the programme. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct support and, where applicable, Whop’s Resolution Center.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms when the programme, platform or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions, use the support option inside The Chosen State customer hub on Whop.
